Unique and creative ideas!

Personally I love all kinda creative and unique ideas. Something different and new! I love how in the wedding couple's personal touch shows. Like their photos or favorite colors or hobbies etc. I think personal touch makes wedding feel "warmer" and more welcoming than if everything is done by the book. But  I prefer that personal touch shows in small details than it would be showing everywhere. Like theme dress-up weddings are not my cup of tea! But anyway here is some creative ideas which I really like! All pictures are taken around the web.

Wedding Cakes

I`m really amazed how beautiful cakes they can do nowadays! Really these cakes are so beautiful, that I don`t know would I ever be able to cut them. They are so decorative and just pretty. I think the cake is important in weddings, and you should think your cake carefully, both inside and out. Cake is in the spotlight at least once during the wedding (when the bride and the groom are cutting the cake). And because it`s a wedding cake, it should be romantic and beautiful! Of course cake can have that personal touch, for example if the bride and the groom has some common hobby, that can show in the cake.

Makeup

When the makeup is done right, it looks gorgeous. I love the fact that desibrides can wear really colorful makeup and it looks just so pretty with colorful wedding wear! Brides should just be careful that they won`t put too much makeup, nothing looks worse than when you have foundation lines around your neck! So pick your makeup artist carefully, do test-makeup before the wedding day and  say if you are not happy with the result! It`s your day and you deserve to look beautiful and happy :)

I think pictures tells more than thousand words so I`m not gonna blabber anymore my random thoughts or opinions about makeup..Let`s just watch pretty brides :)

Hair Styles

First I want to make clear that I`m not a hairstylist, so everything what I write is just totally my own opinions and preferences. And I might use wrong terms about certain hairdo's, so sorry about that! Anyway I hope that you guys get some kinda picture what I mean and get some inspiration :)

Bun

There is many different hairstyles for the bride but I think among desibrides the most popular hairdo is the "bun". Desibrides usually wears a dupatta, so it`s easier to carry when you have a bun underneath. I think bun is classic and safe hairdo. It suits really well with the dupatta and it suits for everyone.

Open hairdo's

Personally I do prefer open hairdo's over the classic bun. Open hair just looks more romantic and hence suits for the wedding.

Flowers in hair

I love flowers and flowers in hairdo`s! Especially when desibrides usually have dark hair, flowers just looks gorgeous in their hair. Flowers brings that romantic and elegant look for the bride. You can color- coordinate your flowers in your hairdo with the colors of your wedding wear and jewelry. Here is some pics for the inspiration!:)

The Beginning

I love weddings. I started to write this blog just for fun because I have so much wedding pictures and ideas bookmarked so I thought it`s easier to put them all in one place! I love planning weddings... in my head, not much of experience in real life haha. But in the future my dream is to open own wedding planning company.

This blog will be mainly just for me, but it is great if someone else finds here someway and gets something from this too like ideas for their own wedding!

The idea is that I`m gonna just post pics and random thoughts &ideas on this "home" page. If I get inspired and make some "theme", I'm gonna make a new page for it like for example "Red & Gold". Confusing?

Starting is always the hardest part and well honestly I`m still bit confused about this blog! I still don`t know how I want to organize everything here and well I have not written a blog before so this is still new for me! But I'm patient and willing to learn ;)

I guess nothing else helps than just start and see what looks good...
